We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created this seamless returns process that reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty products (including all items from our Beauty, Beauty accessoires, Beautysets, and Gezichtsverzorging categories)
- Personal care items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include the following with your return:
- The item(s) in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging if possible
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, clearly state you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item details
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees and any customs/duties paid are non-refundable
- We cannot refund return shipping costs for international orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
